Program Coordinator, Curriculum Services Florida Virtual School

Whenever a job must get done on time, with complete accuracy, and with all essential information clearly reported, it needs a person who can be completely trusted. In the Curriculum Services department at Florida Virtual School, they know that Judy Fearn will get it right.
Throughout her extensive career, Ms. Fearn has been recognized as the “go-to” person for important assignments. She has worked in several of this country’s largest corporations including IBM, NCR, and AT&T. She also served for twenty-one years in the Minnesota Army National Guard, retiring as a Detachment Sergeant in a Personnel Services Battalion.
Ms. Fearn’s decision to join FLVS was motivated by her desire to work for an organization recognized as a leader in its field. After working in large corporate environments, she finds the more nimble and responsive environment of FLVS to be one in which her work can support efforts of the team to produce a top-quality educational experience.
In her capacity as program coordinator, Ms. Fearn supports both her department’s chief development officer and her fellow team members. Her analysis of budgetary matters, business experience, and organization skills provide comprehensive information for effective planning and decision-making. Her goal-oriented work ethic, flexibility, and attention to detail are all directed toward supporting the needs of Curriculum Services and FLVS.
Ms. Fearn was graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
