Welcome to our student services resource center for resilience and mental health! This resource center houses recorded sessions, PDFs, and external resources on topics such as anxiety, depression, growth mindset, test anxiety, healthy habits, positive living, time management, emotion regulation, social skills and more! 

We also offer many groups to support students in many of these topics. See below for a list of our current group offerings!

Group Offerings


Student services is proud to offer groups for elementary, middle, and high school students! Each schoolhouse has a unique offering based on the needs of their students! Please see your students resource page for more detail information about group offerings. If you are interested in a specific group please contact the individual listed for that group. If you want to talk about our offerings in more detail, please put in a student self-referral ticket  (grades 6-12 only) and someone from the student services team will contact you with more details!
