Danielle Maura

Danielle Maura brings a track record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence to Florida Virtual School (FLVS) and FlexPoint, the national arm of FLVS that serves schools and districts nationwide. In her role as senior director of product strategy and delivery, Maura leads strategic initiatives to support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services that meet the evolving needs of students, teachers, schools, and districts nationwide.

As a key leader within the organization, she is responsible for aligning product strategy with organizational goals, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that strengthen the organization’s position as a leader in online education. 

Prior to joining FLVS, Maura built an accomplished career with the Miami HEAT Group, where she held several senior leadership positions focused on strategy, business development, marketing partnerships, and revenue growth. Most recently, as director of corporate strategy, she helped generate $4 million in new partnership revenue within two months through major renewals, upsells, and new business agreements. Earlier, as director of marketing partnership strategy, she pioneered the organization's first revenue-generating marketing strategy role, transforming marketing into a key driver of business growth. Throughout her tenure, she helped secure and expand relationships with nationally recognized brands, including American Airlines, AT&T, BMW, Carnival, DoorDash, Pepsi, Ticketmaster, and Uber.

Maura’s background also includes leadership in branded content and performance analytics, where she leveraged data-driven insights to strengthen marketing effectiveness, identify new revenue opportunities, and optimize business outcomes. Known for her ability to connect strategy with execution, she has consistently delivered measurable results while building collaborative, high-performing teams.

In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Maura brings a unique connection to FLVS. From 2015 to 2023, she served as a part-time academic integrity support representative, helping uphold academic integrity standards, analyze student data, and support initiatives that promoted student success. That experience provided firsthand insight into the organization's mission and educational impact.

With more than a decade of experience leading transformational growth initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable business results, Maura brings a blend of innovation, operational expertise, and customer-focused leadership that supports the organization’s continued growth and commitment to educational excellence.
