Local Florida Virtual School Student Graduates Top of Class

Florida Virtual School (FLVS®), a statewide public school district in Florida, is proud to recognize local resident, Lauren Black, for finishing in the top five of the FLVS Full Time Class of 2018. There are 686 students in this year’s graduating class.

FLVS Ranks No. 1 in State for Graduation Rates

During the 2023-24 academic year, the Florida Virtual School (FLVS) graduation rate increased to 96.6%, an increase of four percentage points from the previous year, according to a Florida Department of Education report. Florida Virtual Full Time Public Schools is now the No. 1 school district in the state for graduation rates among districts with more than 1,000 graduates.
