FLVS Launches New Coding Course for Middle Schoolers

In celebration of Computer Science Education Week (Dec. 9-15, 2019), Florida Virtual School (FLVS), the online statewide public school district, has opened enrollment for a new career and technical education (CTE) middle school course, Middle/Junior (M/J) Coding Fundamentals.

Florida Virtual School Graduation Rate Climbs to All‑Time High of 97%
Florida Virtual High School (FVHS) achieved a 97% graduation rate for the 2024–25 academic year, the highest in the school’s history, according to a report from the Florida Department of Education. The rate increased by 0.4 percentage points from the previous year and by seven percentage points since 2021-22.
