FLVS's new employee training is a multi-phased process consisting of both synchronous and asynchronous virtual training sessions delivered by the Learning & Development team. Within the first week, new hires learn foundational information, including an induction into the FLVS culture, an overview of FLVS programs and policies, and technical and systems training. In the second week of training, departmental and position-specific training begins as new hires acclimate to their departmental teams. New hires receive personalized support throughout the first year, ensuring they are positioned for success in their new role.

We are dedicated to providing certified educators with a diverse array of professional learning options tailored to their needs and supporting recertification requirements.
