Join your K-5 Flex school counselors for an interactive lesson where we discuss what empathy is, the difference between empathy and sympathy, and practice different ways to show it. You’ll be a professional empathetic in no time!

Do you have an attitude of gratitude? Learn all about being thankful during this holiday season! We will see a video about feeling grateful for what we have and have a discussion on the different ways you can show gratitude in hopes of creating a more positive mindset and developing resiliency.

This webinar by Flex Elementary School Counselor, Nicole Minger, aims to educate students of all ages about self-esteem and the importance of maintaining a positive inner dialogue.
